Due to the limited and numbered nature of our pieces, we offer a 14-day return window for unworn items with all tags attached. Each piece is inspected upon return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom pierced ØRIGINI pieces cannot be returned.

Machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out, with like colors. Hang dry recommended to maintain shape and character. No bleach. Medium iron if needed. Each wash adds to the garment's unique patina. Detailed care instructions are accessible via NFC scan.

Each piece is individually numbered during production. BASiC pieces are numbered 001-300, ØRIGINI pieces 001-259. Your number is permanent and registered to your digital certificate via NFC. This number cannot be changed or transferred without proper authentication.

NFC chips are designed to last the lifetime of the garment. If you experience issues, contact support@porce.com with your piece number. We'll troubleshoot remotely or arrange for inspection. Chip failure due to manufacturing defects is covered under our lifetime guarantee.
